Hybrid-Electric Multi-Role Patrol Craft
The MPA Guardian, a hybrid-electric patrol vessel built by Penguin Shipyard International for the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, is designed for versatile roles such as patrolling, search and rescue, and oil spill response. Our advisory framework ensured stakeholders received a vessel tailored precisely to their operational and performance needs, aligning design, vendor selection, and execution for a seamless and successful outcome.

Battery-Electric Ferry Service & Charging Infrastructure
In collaboration with Penguin Shipyard International and Shell, we provided comprehensive advisory services for Singapore's inaugural fully electric ferry service. We oversaw the design and construction of three 200-passenger electric ferries and their rapid shore charging systems. Our guidance ensured seamless integration of cutting-edge technology, delivering an efficient and sustainable transportation solution.

Hybrid Crew Transfer Vessels for Offshore Wind
This ongoing project, commissioned by Northern Offshore Services and built by Penguin Shipyard International, involves the development of hybrid crew transfer vessels for offshore wind operations. With delivery expected in 2025, we are providing advisory services to ensure the project meets its technical and operational objectives.

Hybrid Crew Boat for Offshore Oil & Gas
In collaboration with Penguin Shipyard International, we provided advisory services to develop a fuel-efficient crew boat featuring an advanced hybrid system and control. Now operated by a Middle Eastern oil major, the vessel showcases the impact of our expertise in delivering innovative and efficient solutions.

Fuel Cell Roll On - Roll Off Landing Craft
Penguin Shipyard International and Shell are retrofitting the Penguin Tenacity with a hydrogen fuel cell system to explore hydrogen’s potential as a marine fuel. We provided advisory services during concept development and feasibility, ensuring the project’s technical and operational groundwork was sound. The project is ongoing.

Battery-Electric Ferry Service & Charging Infrastructure
A port authority in the Western Hemisphere commissioned us to lead concept development and feasibility studies for electrifying a mass-transit commuter ferry service and its charging infrastructure. This ongoing project focuses on delivering sustainable and efficient transportation solutions through our advisory expertise, and is slated to begin construction in Q2 of 2025.
